We provide Project management services in installation and modernization projects where development of engineering infrastructure is a major requirement. When responsible for the implementation of a project from start to finish, we act as the project designer and implementer as well as delivering all the relevant electronic engineering solutions. If one vendor is responsible for all aspects of project delivery, the client is assured that we will deliver the best design and compatibility and that the final installation will be of the highest quality.

We have outstanding experience in completing projects and managing subcontractors as well as third parties.

When put in charge of projects management, we thoroughly analyze the client's needs, carry out initial design works and obtain the necessary work permits. Following successful installation, we hand over the site to the client. During the warranty period, we perform technical maintenance of the site.
